History
The
Children's Law Center of Minnesota opened in October of 1995 as a
result of eight years' hard work on the part of attorneys, social
workers, teachers, pediatricians, and other children's advocates in
Minnesota. CLC began with and continues to promote the rights and
interests of Minnesota's children in the judicial, child welfare,
health care, and education systems. Through representing children
(including foster care children and state wards), in court and
working with courts, government agencies, and social service
agencies, CLC works to change policies that fail children. |
The best thing about my lawyer is that she listens
to me and never interrupts me when I am talking. She treats me with
respect. -Sandra, CLC client, age 14
